FOSCI Help Mother Search for New Clues in Son’s Death

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -Lance Morene’s family and friends, impacted by his unresolved homicide, gather together to remember him. Nearly three years have gone by and there are still no answers for a Jacksonville mother, Janice Brown, whose son was murdered in 2012. Ms. Brown organized a vigil with FOSCI’s CEO, Beverly McClain, by her side offering support and a helping hand. The goal of the vigil was to put the spotlight back on her son’s case with hopes of turning up new clues in his death. Lance Morene was 23 years old when he was found dead in his Murray Hill apartment. Lance would have turned 26 on Friday, July 10, 2015.
